Cant connect to USB 3D printers. When attempting to connect to the 3D printer from the client I receive "There was an error using this device". I can connect to other USB devices on the server PC without any issues, but I only need to connect to the printers.

Here is the server log when attempting to connect from the client:

This wasn't an issue during my initial testing before purchasing the software. The Server PC is running latest build of Windows 10. I have tried while disabling antivirus software as well. The only other difference between this PC and my test machine is that the 3D printer is connected using a physical USB hub to the computer and was connected directly to my test machine. I can use the 3D printer on the server PC without any issues.

Thanks for your assistance with this issue!

Actually that printer has never worked with virtualhere so you must have used a different printer or something. At the moment i cannot add this driver. so you will need to use whatever setup you originally had. Or just use a linux server instead of windows and that will work.

I tested the same model 3D printer (UP mini 2) a little over month ago on a Windows 10 test machine using VirtualHere. Worked fine. The school purchased 12 printers of the same model. My original setup was only for testing to confirm it worked with one 3D printer on a Windows 10 test PC. The setup I have now is exactly the same, only it has 12 of the same model printer connected to the server using two USB hubs. I will connect my original setup and see if i can get it to working again. If I have to use a Linux server I will, but I had planned for the instructor PC to pull double duty as the server for this setup. It cannot be Linux and run the software they need for the class.
