Cannot use device ("There was an error using this device")

I have a USB instrument connected via USB. This instrument works fine, and it can be used locally without any issues.

When trying to connect remotely, I get the message: "There as an error using this device".
Connecting to a different instrument on the same machine, from the same remote system worked fine, so it seems it's about this particular one.

You can see the error and the device I'm trying to use in this screenshot:

"Server" is Windows 7 64-bit. Version 4.0.8 running.
Client is Windows 7 64-bit. Version 4.9.5 running.

Thanks in advance.

In the server, click Settings->View Server Log, does it show an error there when you try to use the device? Copy and paste the log here and i can take a look if you want

Correct, there is an error downloading some drivers. These are the lines since the connection to the hub from the remote system:

Ok stop and exit the virtualhere server and use this build of the server instead

UsbDk installation failed

After some time, the installation of the UsbDk failed. Please look at the screenshot provided:

Are you using a normal windows 7 with service pack and updates? It will return this error if you have not applied any updates from Microsoft

I got it working for me the

I got it working for me the following way:
1. Connect all your peripherals
2. Uninstall virtualhere server by running the cmd command: [virtualhere location] vhserver.exe -u (for example: "C:\Programs\vhserver.exe -u")
3. Go to Windows device manager
4. Look for unknown or unidentified devices and delete them (USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, better to be sure what you delete, I knew which one I had to delete)
5. Disconnect the devices and connect them again, wait for a minute or two, the drivers should install again
6. Install vhserver again
