USB port not coming up in windows 10

Running server on a pi3, client on Windows 10 64bit. Recently stopped working seems like after a MS update. the client connects and shows the connection, but I cannot use the usb ports on the pi or Windows doesn't recognize them. Here is the logs:

Can you double check you have the latest windows 10 updates. I notice my windows build is 19042 not 19041 like yours, and also run

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow

and see if that shows corruption in your windows setup. I think some windows update might not have installed correctly and that is causing issues with virtualhere

got it updated to 19042 and it did fix some corrupt files. But now it won't autofind the server.

OK could you send me the c:\windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)

Thanks for the log

Can you do this

Start cmd.exe "As Administrator" then run:

vhui64.exe -y

Reboot your pc and then run the virtualhere client again and try to use a device.

(That will uninstall any old virtualhere drivers reboot your pc then it will install the virtualhere drivers again.)

If that fails you may have to do an in-place upgrade repair of windows 10 because i think your window update is corrupted for some reason
