Hello, I just bought the liscence on another account but my web cam has lags and freezes while I have a good connection and a good pc can you help me please?
What is the server device you are running virtualhere server on?And what is the latency like on your network - right click USB Hubs->About->Statistics?
OK that should be ok, what model is the webcam? And what server are you using ? VirtualHere Linux server or ? And i assume you are using ethernet ? Try turning down the resolution. Is it ok then?
I use an aukey 1080 p 30 fps webcam, the server runs on windows. I tried to lower the quality to 720 p and it is slightly better.
The application also makes me blue screens on my physical PC or it closes without reasons. Any idea ?
Could you just for a test try 360p and see if its fixes it.
If it does, then My guess is that the webcam is having trouble dealing with the extra network latency... It might be over-filling some buffer in the webcam

it is a webcam in 1080 30 fps and a microphone with a latency of 15 to 25 mbs
