Error using CH Products Joystick / Throttle / Pedals from Windows

Hi.

I am using CH Products for a cloud gaming setup:
- Fighter Stick (http://www.chproducts.com/Fighterstick-v13-d-722.html)
- Throttle (http://www.chproducts.com/Pro-Throttle-v13-d-719.html)
- Pedals (http://www.chproducts.com/Pro-Pedals-v13-d-716.html)

It is working fine when I connect to my NAS and use a Linux licence to connect to my cloud pc (using Shadow.tech)

However I get a set of errors when using a Windows server (with a trial licence). They all work correctly locally.

Here is the server log with the error:

Any thoughts / suggestions. Would be great to get then running on the PC itself, and a licence running for winodws.
