rpi4 cloudhub open port 7775

Hi.

Firstly thank you Michael for making a fantastic product.
I have been using VirtualHere with a purchased license on a rpi4b running Ubuntu Linux for the past 6mths. I've had mixed results..... mostly good!!

I find that I have to restart ubuntu every 2 days or so as VirtualHere crashes.
So as an alternative I would like to try running VirtualHere CloudHub instead to see if that is more stable.

I've tested the free version today, and cant for the life of me get ports 7575 to be recognised as open while running VirtualHere CloudHub.

I know I can subscribe to easyfind, but sorry I already pay for a No-ip Dynamic DNS, and just cant justify another $90 USD per year for the service.

I'm using a netgear nighthawk router and the 7575 port opens fine when testing free virtualhere server on a mac mini, windows machine, and rpi4 running ubuntu.
I can access all of those VirtualHere servers fine from the internet.

So please, why wont the port open when running VirtualHere CloudHub on the rpi4b? I'm willing to learn.
Is there any config I can edit on the cloudhub to get this going?
I can SSH into it fine.

Thanks for your amazing work.

Dave

Actually i had a couple of reports latety about virtualhere server crashing after a while and there is a workaround.

Stop the server then edit the config.ini file on the server

then add the line

UseAVAHIServiceFile=1

then save the config.ini file and start the server again.

Now it should be ok. Im going to roll out a fix in the next build of the server to make this the default

Thanks Michael for your quick response.
I'll ad the line to my config.ini file on my Ubuntu install as you suggested.

Any thoughts on how to open port 7575 on Cloudhub. Im stumped!?
Can I SSH into cloudhub and change anything there perhaps?

Thanks

Actually, cloudhub does run on 7575 just as the other versions of virtualhere, so I'm not sure why you can see it. does ps | grep vh show anything?
