UAC for admin rights when starting Windows server

Trying to start the Windows server and receive a UAC for admin rights which I do not have. Is there a way around this or some way to configure access on the computer to avoid the UAC prompt. IT department is open to the software but I need to explain to them why it needs admin rights.

Thanks,
Jake

The VirtualHere Server for Windows requires Admin rights because it needs to unload USB drivers when it captures the usb device and it also needs to write to the Event Log for its logging.
