Driver Conflict with HP Docks

Hello,

Were currently using Virtual Here on Windows 11 devices that are also connected to HP G2 and G4 Docks.

When users are WFH and using VHUI but then come back into the office and plug into their dock, none of their usb peripherals that in the dock are working and device manager shows:

Intel USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller 1.10 Microsoft

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Object Name already exists.

I have multiple forum posts online suggesting the dock and vhui driver fight over the first available interface, but I haven't been able to get to the bottom of this.

USBN Controller Conflict | VirtualHere

I have tried updating Intels chipset driver and setting Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vhusb3hc\Parameters
New REG_DWORD name HCD value 3 and 5
But this has not resolved our company's issue.

Would appreciate any other ideas or workarounds. Thank you
