Logitech c920 webcam connected to Raspberry Pi 3 with VirtualHere server -> Logitech webcam software on Window 7 x64 through VirtualHere client shows perfectly FullHD video with 500-700 kilobytes per second. That mean that h264 pin works.
Logitech c920 webcam connected to LG G3 with VirtualHere server -> Logitech webcam software on Window 7 x64 through VirtualHere client shows the FullHD video with 5-7 megabytes per second. That mean that h264 pin does not work and it is MJPEG pin working.

That is strange, actually im surprised it works on android phone via wifi at all, my logitech c270 doesnt seem to work on my Nexus 5X via wireless, but works ok on a wired android device. The raspberry pi and the android server use identical sourcecode so it must be something to do with the network latency as your phone wifi would have more variable latency than the wired raspberry pi.
