If I reboot my (raspberry pi 3) server, everything will be normal for a few minutes. Then a duplicate hub shows up in my client (with devices listed as "in use by at ") . As far as I can tell the client considers the hubs to be the same, because if I check "auto use all on this hub" on one it changes for both. Not sure if it's actually causing any problems, but there's some miscellaneous issues I'm trying to track down and this is clearly not ideal behavior to see.

It is doing that because you have specified the raspberry pi IP address in the client under "Specify Hubs" menu item, AND you have auto-find on. You should use one or the other.
