Hey.. this crash has happened a few times since mid-November.

Any thoughts on how to fix/debug this are probably appropriate at this point.

OK i will look at this issue now, i think i have reproduced the problem

I'm not in a huge hurry. It happens on one virtual Windows 7 machine and none of the others - I'm sure it has to do with the virtual serial device to which its connecting.

OK found and fixed this bug.

Download version 4.6.4 of the client here https://www.virtualhere.com/usb_client_software

Note: If you are running the client as a service you need to "Uninstall Client Service" from the USB Hubs Menu in the client, then delete the vhui64.exe file. Then copy over the new file and then start the new client and select USB Hubs->Install as Service
