So this isn't specifically a VirturalHere problem for me but I figured I'd try asking here as well and see if I can get any closer to cracking this mystery. I've been trying to use a mouse (I've been trying two different ones, a Logitech MX Master and a Corsair Gaming RGB HARPOON) to control my PC via Nvidia Shield gamestream. Controllers and keyboards work perfectly with no lag or anything, but mice seem to have this issue of stuttering. I tried installing VirturalHere via my NAS server and got it up and running in hopes of it being a work around. Oddly enough the same issue happens more or less; Strange stuttering of the mouse's movements.
I'm all wired up via ethernet on all my devices and my network tests seem to show good speeds so I'm really stumped on what it could be. I'm running windows 10 and I'm thinking it has something to do with how my PC is handling remote inputs from mice possibly? That's all I can think of if both VirturalHere and Shield's Gamestream are both having the same results with sending mouse inputs to my PC. Of course both mice when directly connected to my PC have no issues. I just thought I'd post here in case maybe you have a slight idea on what is going on here. Thanks in advance.

In the control panel for the mouse is there an option to turn down the sample rate. e.g from 1000 to e.g 250 or something smaller like that?

Looking around I don't find that exact option, but I can scale the DPI on one of my mice and it doesn't have much of an effect. Lower DPI does help a tiny bit, and even lowering the pointer speed in mouse settings for windows 10 has a small effect but its still noticeable and doesn't really fix the issue.

I still think the refresh rate is the problem, the extra network latency is enough to bump the latency over the ideal limit of the mouse. According to this https://www.corsair.com/ca/en/Categories/Products/Gaming-Mice/MOBA-Stra… the rate can be lowered to 125. I assume you did that? If that still doesnt work im not sure what else to try. Usually mice arent that sensitive...

Actually i forgot to mention one other thing. Bring up windows task manager and go to details and find the vhui64.exe process. Right click on it and set CPU Priority to High or realtime and see if that improves things.

I tried both those things, no results. I tested it on my husband's macbook and found out that it was working absolutely fine on his. So this is definitely a specific issue with my PC. Maybe some kind of weird conflict with mouse drivers or something? At least I now know its specifically the PC/windows 10 and not my network at all. I appreciate all the help, Michael.
