Not much has changed in the virtualhere synology server for a while, but we can roll back and see if that resolves the issue.

Uninstall the virtualhere app from the synology DSM Package Manager, then install the VirtualHere app from the Synology app store instead. I think it is 3.4.7 or so in their store. Please let me know if that resolves the issue.

Put the same license key in again to register the server

The problem finally is not on Nas but on my computer.
In device manager the VirtualHere USB 3 eXtensible Host Controller is not working. It has an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle.

i tried to reinstall the drivers with vhui64 -d , it says success but the problem persists.

#4

Start cmd.exe As Administrator

vhui64.exe -y

Reboot

Then run vhui64.exe again and try to use the device again

That will completely uninstall the drivers and virtualhere host controller then install it again when you try to use the device after the reboot

i did as you said but the problem persists.

#6

In device manager, find the VirtualHere USB 3 eXtensible Host Controller and right click Properties and what error does it say?

#7

it's in greek.
after google translate ...

This device does not exist, does not work properly, or all the drivers it uses are not installed. (Code 24)
Windows did not start a related device driver. For more information, click the Driver tab, and then click the "Driver Details" button.

on driver details version 4.4.0.0 and 18.15.19.112 the file is c:\windows\system32\drivers\vhusb3hc.sys
