I would like to get VirtualHere to open a trouble ticket on this issue. We have a situation where many of our users need to connect to a Raspberry Pi dongle server using VirtualHere. While this connection is usually successful, it often results in the immediate loss of USB connectivity on the HP machines our users are running. They are running Windows 10, mostly LTSC or LTSB. They can uninstall VirtualHere and USB connectivity returns to normal. HP is willing to run with this ball to help us out, but they need to have a trouble ticket generated by you in order to proceed. Now we know that there may be a conflict between the VirtualHere Extensible Firmware Interface and the Intel driver of the same name, but Intel will not claim ownership of this problem unless we (HSI) have a trouble ticket open with VirtualHere on this issue. Please help us to get this ball rolling by opening a trouble ticket for us. This is a problem that needs to be solved soon. Users are severely impacted in their investigations.
