Printer keeps disconnecting

Hi,

We have a server that is running in our cloud environment with VirutalHere installed. The clouds IP address scheme is 192.168.2.xxx. We have a VPN set up between the firewall in the cloud and a firewall on site. The on sites IP scheme is 192.168.0.xxx. We should have all traffic going over the VPN.

We have a Raspberry Pi 3 running the software and connecting to a Brother HL-3180CDW. We are running Virtualhere as a service and we have a license for the raspberry PI.

The problem we are running into is the printer seems to work fine for a while, but randomly the raspberry pi starts dropping out in VirtualHere. It will reconnect and then disconnect shortly after.

Here is the log.

I saw where in the log it is showing that ping timed out. I ran a ping through windows and did not see any drops.

We also have reverse connection enabled and have the printer set to Auto-Use.

I will be going on site shortly to make sure that we do not have any network issues or maybe a issue with the printer itself. I wanted to see if their is something that I need to look at in the software/network side of things to fix this issue.

In the client right click USB Hubs, About, Statistics.

Is that high and variable?
