Windows 10 restarts on virtualhere connection attempt.

Hi there,
After I applied the latest Windows 10 updates, my operating system restarts every time I try to use VirtualHere client.
More specifically, the connection to the server seems to be successful and I can see the list of devices but when I double click on a device, the system goes to restart.
I use Windows 10 Pro, version 2004, OS build 19041.264.
Any ideas for a solution will be highly appreciated.
Regards
Georgi

1. Are you using the latest virtualhere client 5.0.3 from this website?
2. What is the USB device you are trying to use?
3. Is there any recent files around the time of the reset in c:\windows\minidump? If so can you email me them mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)

1. Yes.
2. The USB device is HASP license key dongle.
3. Files sent.

Its not actually crashing virtualhere, its the aladdin HASP driver that is crashing.

If possible could you go to their website and download the latest drivers.
I think its this pagehttps://sentinelcustomer.safenet-inc.com/sentineldownloads/ "Windows GUI Runtime installer" is the one you need
See here also https://sentineldiscussion.gemalto.com/topic/aksfridge-sys-causing-blue… shows a very similar issue and safenet says they havent tested with 2004 yet?

Anyway give that a try.

Hi Michael,

Installing the new HASP driver solved the problem.

Thank you for the quick response.
