Good morning.
I am a new user of Virtual Here and it works great however it does stop working from time to time for no known reason and then all users cannot see the devices on the network.
An admin has to log into the Synology NAS box and go to installed packages and manually select "run"
How do I fix this so it is a service that is always running please?

1. Update to the latest nas package from here https://www.virtualhere.com/nas
2. Make sure you are on the latest Synology DSM
3. If it still happens you will need to turn off hibernate
I found my synology does that with an old DSM and old virtualhere build. I think its some hibernate issue with some synologies.
