Hi Micheal, I have a user who has raised an issue he is having with his connection to our server. his connection drops very frequently.
Since the below log ive had him update his client with no improvement. any recommendations on how to improve this connection? Cheers

Actually that client seems out of date? Anyway they just have a bad internet connection. There is not much that can be done about that. What is their internet connection, is it over 4G or something like that?

Sorry hadn't explained that overly well.
They had taken the log, I saw it was out of date and asked them to update it.
They are actually on a wired connection at our other office about 300kms away. Our network is shared between the two sites so they are accessing it through the local network. I've sent an email to our IT team so hopefully they can look into what is bottle-necking it. I've never had a problem accessing the server externally, say from my home network so it must be somewhere in our local network.
