Virtual Here Client run as Service in-use by SYSTEM

Hi Michael,

In our client PC, we can have more than one session, so in the client PC can have multiple windows user.
Virtual here client can not be run as multiple instances with different users, except we have to install virtual here client as service, and the service is log-on by Local SYSTEM. Virtual here client now can be run as multiple instances with different users, but the information about the user is always "in-use by SYSTEM", so we can not know who is using the device. The user information which was use the shared device and running multiple instances is important to us. Could you please give me an advices.
Could you please make the virtual here client can be run as multiple instances with different users without installing as service
or
Could you please make the information of user which is using the device send to the virtual here server, so it display on the another PC client connected to same the usb hub.
