First, thanks for a great product. We have been connecting Windows VMs to a few VH servers for a long time. We test and demo Wifi and wired USB nics this way.
Unfortunately, I'm having trouble with MacOS VMs. The client works, I can use a device, but the nic that is being connected cannot be seen or added to the Network System Preference.
Thinking it may be a driver issue, I've manually added Realtek wifi drivers, but still no help.
When I look in Extensions, it shows no extensions added. I swear I saw extensions being added when installing client and connecting.
Can you give me some guidance on troubleshooting this? I'm trying this on MacOS Big Sur (11.x) and High Sierra (10.13) with corresponding VH clients.
Any help would be appreciated.

Big Sur is not supported, you need to use Monterey
