Is there a rough SD memory size you would recommend for the current "cloudhub-pi3-factory-sdcard" and "cloudhub-pi4-factory-sdcard" image?
I tried reading a working 32 GB SD in W7, but it reports what appears to be bogus info (FAT, 16 MB used, 4 MB free, 20 MB total) as I suspect he file system is not FAT.

The image is only about 10Megabytes so a small SD card is fine e.g 2GB or 4GB.
The reason you only see a 20MB total in your current card is because most of the data is in the ext4 partition which you cant see from windows because windows doesnt understand that format. It can only see the FAT partition where the boot data is stored for Linux on the pi
