Client keeps shutting itself down.

I have not had any issues using VirtualHere until recently. I purchased a lic and its been working great. Today though it runs and says unmanaging device and then says shutdown? How do I fix this I can't forward anything at the moment. Copy of the server logs below.

I think you mean the server keeps shutting itself down. I haven't heard of that issue before. Are you using the latest USB server from this website?

The only way the server will shutdown gracefully like that is if you click Stop then close the server window.

Sorry yes I meant the server and no I'm not shutting down. I don't know what the issue is. I have also uninstalled both the client and server and shut down after installing both, I get the same result. I am not sure why, but I am not stopping it myself. I have a hotas and pedal as well as other usb devices and nothing will forward. I can see the client try and connect every minute or two and fail and the server finds the devices then just stops. I have purchased the Virtualhere license and its worked great until yesterday.

Took a look via Teamviewer and it was the windows firewall blocking the connection. The server was not shutting itself down.

Good evening. What was the setting in windows firewall that was blocking virtualHere. Its doing the same thing and the firewall settings show that Virtualhere and Zerotier are both allowed programs? Thanks for your time.

It just has to allow vhusbdwin64.exe in the windows firewall. Click Start type "Allow an app through Windows Firewall" and then make sure vhusbdwin64.exe is listed there (and the full path shown in the Details is correct)
