I've come back again to virualhere after the big sur era, now running Monterey on my Macs I can again connect to the PI server. hooray.
I'm running 4.1.8 and it seems to connect to the Mac ok and I can turn on and off the USB devices (ILOK and thumb drive in this case) but noticed I'm way behind on updates.
Do I need to update this and if so how can I do this (in dummy speak please!). As the Pi boots the server automatically I've no way to input any commands. I tried and managed to create a new SD with latest OS and downloaded the server but it identified as a different serial when I got it up and running so couldn't use my code. I'm a novice at the PI and Linux stuff and generally learn the bit I need to learn to get something to work and then it goes straight out of my head :(
If it's fine running as is I am happy to leave it of course!
