Same error

Download and run the latest virtualhere client from this website. 5.4.2 at the moment

#5

You need to be running the latest windows 10 with all updates. You cant be using an unlicensed windows version. and when the virtualhere client tries to install its driver it will popup a message (UAC) asking for permission which you need to say Yes

#6

That's what it usually does, yes. But when I start it now on another PC it straight up pops this message

#7

It might be your anti-virus blocking it.  Try running vhui64.exe -x and see if that extracts the virtualhere drivers to the directory it says. The drivers are vhusb3hc.sys,inf,cat

#8

The issue was fixed by finding the "VirtualHere USB 3 eXtensible Host Controller" in device manager and deleting the drivers that windows installed automatically for some reason

#9

ok thanks for letting me know
