We have formated SDCard and re0installed cloudhub image on raspberry-Pi3. However we have noticed that EASYFIND address in server configuration has got changed to new address and it is pointing to subscribe page. We already subscribed EASYfind address for 12 months. and still we have 9 more months for renewal. We were under though process that EASYFIND address will not change as we are using the same Raspberry PI-3 unit. How do we re-asign the address that we have subscribed for 12 months to the unit. This has really put us in difficult situation as we were not aware that by re-installing the image in SDCard will changed the EASYFIND address.
Kind help us to resolve the issue

Yes if you format your sd-card and delete everything you will lose your easyfind address. I can move the easyfind address and have send you an email about this.
