Failed to create IOUSBHostInterface on macOS Ventura

I just setup VirtualServer Here on my new Mac Mini. I am using it to make a USB device available to a Windows VM. It worked with the old Mac Mini (Intel). I can't seem to get it to work with the new Mac Mini (Silicon M2, Ventura 13.4.1).

I can see the device in the client and connect it. Windows sees the device the the device is not fully operational.

Here is what I see in the server log:

That device is not supported on the new MacOS. If it says that, apple is blocking it
