Qnap 251A + UPS and client mac version

Hello, I have installed VirtualHere on my QNAP 251A to be able to share the USB of my UPS over the network, but the VirtualHere client for Mac sees the QNAP HUB, but does not detect the port. The UPS is easily detected by the QNAP and is able to communicate. I tried to insert it on the front port,  and on VirtualHere nothing changes, it still does not see it. If I insert a USB stick, the VirtualHere client sees it easily. I read in another post about a beta client version for Windows, to another user with a similar problem and it seems that he has solved. Is there any solution or a beta client version for Mac like the user in question? Thanks.

On the mac open Finder->Utilities->Terminal

Then try to use the UPS via virtualhere on the mac then after if fails go to Terminal and type

sudo log show --last 1m > out.log

then send me out.log to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)

ok , i'ved sended , but i think the problem is the usb driver or the cable is old version , i think is usb 1.1 . I'ved order a usb 2.0. Because if connect that cable to macbook can't see it , only if a restart in windows it will works well.

A follow up to this for other users. It turns out mac doesnt support the UPS at all even directly plugged in.
