Unable to see Anker PowerConf C200 Webcam image on OSX

Hi, we use VirtualHere in our network for remote viewing/of dslr cameras and webcams but we are currently having an issue with a new Anker PowerConf C200 camera. On windows the camera loads and displays and image in the native apps without issue however, on OSX the camera shows in the devices list but when it is connected to the machine, and is added to the apps it just shows a black screen indefinately. Is there any way to fix this or would it more likely be a bug?

Its not a bug, its not supported on osx

Webcams are not supported on OSX, it says that on the download page for the client.
