I've been using virtualhere well for 6 months on synology d213j. But I've been having trouble using usb dongle all of a sudden since yesterday. I see ㅡmy usb dongle on Synology Hub, but I couldn't connect. So I tried rebooting NAS, but now I didn't recognize usb. So it was the same when I stopped using the virtualhere app and ran it again.
Lastly, I deleted and reinstalled the app, but it worked, but the same problem occurred again in a day.

If it was working fine, and suddenly stops i think its one of two things. Some DSM update might have affected it. What DSM are you running? 7.1.1?
Otherwise it might be your hub or some physical problem. Try plugging in the usb device into a different port.

Yes i think you should update it, that DSM version is 7 years old and there would be plenty of bugfixes since then.
