Is there some known way to install virtualhere on an IGEL thin client
We need to connect a usb device plugged into an IGEL thin client (linux based custom OS) and redirect it to a server where we connect to the device and service it.
Has anyone installed or ran virtual here on an IGEL?
.
In theory virtualhere will run on IGEL OS because its just Linux. But i suspect its locked down.
They want $5k USD to "signup" to their partner program so i doubt you could just install virtualhere without some sort of block they add. If you can get ssh access to the IGEL OS, then you could try running the virtualhere server install script here https://github.com/virtualhere/script
