Client MacOS VM cannot recognize iphone connected to a server MacOS device

The VirtualHere client sees the iphone device but it does not show up in Finder. My goal was to back up the device to the VM.

Any help on how I can get this to work? Thank you.

What iOS version are you using? I tested a few weeks ago with iOS 18.4.1 and it was working ok between a macos server and client
