Android phone not connecting

I keep getting the pop-up message to allow a USB connection on the Android phone, but it disappears very quickly.  Even if I do manage to click "allow" it doesn't seem to work.  Maybe something with IDs changing on the server side is causing the Android phone to think it's connecting to a new USB each time?  Tried on two Samsung phones, with two different cables, same issue.  Android OS is version 15, One UI version (Samsung's wrapper) version 7.0.

Paste the full windows server log here

Is there a way to send a file over, the .evtx is probably more useful?  The only text I can get doesn't seem very helpful, there's no details

Can i have a look via rustdesk while you are there, If so email me mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)

#6

Apologies, but there is some sensitive data on that computer.  In general from a windows machine, is it possible to connect to an android or iOS phone as if it's USB connected to your own machine?

#7

OK is it possible to export the VirtualHere USB Server log from event viewer as a evtx file and email me that. The reason is i want to see if its a timing issue or not.

#8

Easy!  Sent!  Thanks!

#9

Is it resolved now with the new build i sent you?
