Currently I am using the trial version of your product. I am using a Proxmox VE (8.4.1) Win10 (19045.4717) VM as the client with my iphone (14 Pro Max with iOS 18.5) virtually attached using VirtualHere. The server is a Win10 (build 19045.5965) physical device.
Problem: The VirtualHere client sees the iphone being presented by the VirtualHere server. As soon as I select "use this device" the client crashes with BSOD indicating SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION with vhusb3hc.sys. The log on the VirtualHere server captured this:
2025-07-03 09:13:37 INFO :192.168.46.27 connected as connection 4 (Standard TCP)
2025-07-03 09:18:33 ERROR :Error 13 in line 232, The data is invalid. (0x0000000d)

2025-07-03 09:18:54 INFO :Connection 4 successfully removed (reason:timeout)
I've posted the minidump file for the above on my ProtonDrive here: https://drive.proton.me/urls/BBSZED46V0#YaB5ABLo4YRM
Should you need any more info please let me know.

Im having trouble reproducing. I think if you could first try updating to the latest win10 on the server side. I tried on an iOS 18.5 on an iPad without any bsod. (Although there are a lot of permission popups on the iPad. Do you get any of those?)
Updated both Server and…
Updated both Server and Client to 19045.6036. Everything appears to be working fine. You have a new customer. Thank you.
