VirtualHere Server

Hi everyone! I have the following problem: we got acquainted with your product and realized we need to deploy it for our office. We set it up on a mini PC that has 5 USB ports. 5 ports are not enough for us, so we connected USB hubs to 2 of the 5 ports to increase the number of available ports. Yesterday we bought a server license and started testing it in the office. When 2 clients are working, everything runs fine, but when we allowed the rest of the users to access it (4–5 users), the server stopped working. The services crashed on the monitor. In general, a reboot can help. So far we have not tried to start it again. We would like to know how to prevent possible problems. We use Rutoken USB tokens for digital signatures.

Were there same problems?

Why do you think the server is crashing? Is the process disappearing?

OK no virtualhere is not crashing, its running fine. Its just your usb hub is not working correctly. You probably should get a good quality separately powered usb hub instead of the one you are using.
