I have virtualhere up on the Rpi and the client on Windows 11. I installed the default version with curl on the Rpi.
The client shows the 4 port hub is recognized and port 1 has the "Ellipse Pro in use by you with a "gold star". Checking the properties of that device it seems as though it can read the serial number but the "Eaton Companion" software cannot retrieve status.
I have tried auto use, auto use device port without success.
Any usual operator errors I may have fallen into?

Its not supported because the eaton companion doesnt properly support windows 10. Only up to windows 7.
