Win7 Bluescreen with WIBUBOX/U

Hi Michael,

when connecting a USB Software Dongle (WIBU-BOX/U) to a Windows 7 64bit machine, the systems ends up with a bluescreen saying SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. The bluescreen doesn't occur, when connecting to the dongle, but when the dongle is accessed.
The dongle was used with a different USB Device Server before with no problems.
Let me know, what further information you need.

OK thats no good, can you send me the dmp file in c:\windows\minidump that will have the stack trace mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)

Hi.
I have a similar problem with my virtual machine running Windows 7 x64 with WIBU-BOX/RU. It is shared from a QNAP TS-470 Pro. I send you a minidump too.

Yes, I'm working on fixing this. I've ordered a wiboxu for testing, receiving it next week. In the meantime you can send the dump to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com).

An update on this for the forum readers, this issue appears to be fixed with an update to the latest wibox drivers 6.30
