Error when using VH/Steamlink/Headset

Have the latest version of VH installed on PC, trying to get wireless headset microphone to work. It shows up on the VH Hub however when I select it to Use the device, I get the following error message and this is what the system message says

What model is the headset? Virtualhere does work with headsets and steamlink. From the log im not sure what is occuring, i need to see the server log. When using the headset it appears its dropping the network connection. Not sure why, if you can send the server debug logs to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com) ill take a look and if i can find the problem, i'll pass it on to valve to see if its fixable. I think there is a option in the steamlink menu to save debug logs
