vhui64 not starting

Hi,
i tried to run the client Software on one machine (where it worked perfectly) but on another machine it does not open nor post any kind of error.
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise
Version: 20H2
OS Build: 19042.20006

Tested also by running as Administrator, same behaviour.

In event viewer in Windows it shows up this error:

Help getting this to work would be greatly appreciated, if i can add any further info let me know.
