It seems like there is a leak in the vhusbdwin64.exe service. In the image you'll see it is using 500+MB, and I've seen it grow to 600MB which doesn't seem right.
There is only one client, and it's only connected to one device:

In taskmanager you can right click on the process and create a dump file. Can you email that to me

I'm creating the dump file now (process is at 1GB and 100K handles). This will surely be too big to email. Do you have an ftp server I can send it to? If not I can host it on a web server.
