Error connecting to FT4232H on linux computer

Host is running arm64

I can connect to it just fine in Windows.

 

On my Ubuntu machine however:

Any ideas of where to start debugging?

Can you post part of dmesg around the time you try to use a device via the virtualhere client. That will show any kernel errors underneath virtualhere
