Able to connect CP2102, but cannot send any keys (Rx) on terminal

Hi, I did purchase for the license, however when I use USB serial like CP2102, I am able to connect this device and receive data from Tx, but I cannot type anything to send Rx, it just doesn't work.
Please support me for this problem.
