VXE R1SE: 2.4G wireless receiver not recognized via USB hub

Hi,

I'm really enjoying your product.

I am currently using the VXE R1SE mouse, which supports Bluetooth, 2.4G wireless, and wired modes.

When I connect the mouse to my tablet via a wired connection, the driver is recognized properly and the mouse works perfectly. However, when I plug the 2.4G wireless receiver into a USB hub, the tablet does not recognize it at all.

Is there any way to fix this issue or any workaround you could suggest?

Is the mouse connected via the hub into the tablet or directly to the tablet? 

Im trying to determine if your tablet supports hubs. Can you plug other things into the hub like a USB stick. Does that get detected ok?
