I have downloaded the current Windows client. When I try and running it as administrator nothing happens. There is an error in the Event Logs:

I am running Windows 11.

Its doing that because your antivirus is blocking its execution due to vhui64.exe being compressed.
Here is the identical vhui64.exe that is not compressed. Run this instead
