ADB cannot see connected Android Phone in Windows 11

Hi. I'm using the latest VirtuaHere 4.8.8. I've setup a Windows 11 25H2 laptop as the server and connected via USB 1x Motorola phone to it. USB debugging is enabled on the Motorola phone.

Then via local LAN I've connected a 2nd Windows 11 laptop, acting as the client. When I start the client, I see the Motorola phone. I right-click on it and select "use this device". I can see the Motorola phone in Windows Explorer, but if I open a command prompt on the Windows client device and type "adb devices -l" I cannot see the Motorola Phone. I tried revoking USB debugging authorizations, connecting and disconnecting the phone, but still the WIndows client cannot see it via ADB.

I was able to get ADB to work, by replacing the Motorola phone with a Samsung Galaxy S21. It also worked with a Samsung Galaxy A54. The culprit seems to be the Motorola phone.

What model of Motorola is it?
