EasyFind unable from this server

Hello!

Ive got this issue: 

Ive used virtual here for year. It was working fine through easy find.

PC on server side was restored from disk image. And now when i click server properties - enable, it flashes and still show "enable". It doesnt activates. And after few clicks, it start to show something like "easyfind unable from this server".

Firewall is off.

EasyFind paid.

How can i fix this issue?

It looks like it expired on the 9th Aug 26. I see you resubscribed today, is it working ok with the new address (9E...) ?

Hi Michael!

It is like this: this easy find that starts with 9E... Was not working on my friends PC. He zip his entire virtualhere folder - server, client config ini - and on my PC it works, i can enable easyfind for this instance of program. But on my friends side it cant be enabled. Firewall is off of course.

If it says not available then its not possible for it to work due to being blocked by your network. I.e the machine is not actually able to connect to easyfind.virtualhere.com

Hmm... How can i check this connection and understand what/where exactly it blocks? Log file show nothing...

Try to ping easyfind.virtualhere.com from his machine, does that work?

OK im not sure sorry i dont debug network issues. If easyfind is not working its blocked somewhere and not usable.

Hi Michael,

I've found the reason of this issue. I'm living in Latvia, Europe, and i dont know why but both of biggest internet providers in my country block your website because "it contains malware".

Clicking "i understand but i still want to visit site" opened your site, and after this, also the server was able to start successfully. 

It seems that your server is blacklisted by providers. I hope it is only in Latvia, Best Country In The World, but maybe you should check this moment, usually those type of staff affects all EU countries.
