Physicals USB doesn't work anymore since VirtuaHere installation

Hello guys,

I use VirtualHere since a few months. It workd fine, it's great!
I installed it on my Mac Book Pro. This one has a Windows 7 Bootcamp's partition. Both have VH clients.

However, since this installation, I meet some issues.

On Mac OS : When I plug an USB device, it doesn't work first. I have to unplug/plug it one more time to detect it

On Windows 7 : USB devices are never detected.

I can use all types of USB devices on my VH Server and there is no problems!
But plugging USB keys on VH Server when I just want to drag and drop some files on it is not very fast.

Does someone have an idea?
Could you please help me?

Thank you,
Jérémy

Im not sure what you are saying?.

Are you saying it works ok but its slow? Or are you saying it doesnt work at all on windows 7? What device doesnt work via virtualhere on windows 7?

Thanks for your answer Michael.
In fact, all usb devices connected on my VirtualHere server (raspberry) works fine.
But I meet some issues on my Mac Book Pro : my VirtualHere client (OS + W7 Bootcamp).

But since VirtualHere's setup, when I plug an USB device on my MBP (the VirtuelHere's client, not the server) :

USB to Mac OS : it doesn't work first. I have to unplug/plug it one more time to detect it
USB to Windows7 (VMWare) : it doesnt work at all

And I did not meet this issues before VirtualHere's setup.
Is that more understandable?

Try this

start cmd.exe As an Administrator and then cd to where the vhui64.exe is then type

vhui64.exe -y

That will uninstall the virtualhere client drivers. Then reboot your pc. Now do the USB Devices work ok normally in windows 7?

I tried this commands, Michael.
I had no results after submitting these commands. Is it normal?
Unfortunately, after rebooting my pc, USB Devices are still not detected.

Do this issue seem to come from Windows?

OK so virtualhere is not installed at all now and if you still have issues i think its unrelated to virtualhere.

I decided to format and reinstall mac OS on my MBP and now, all woks fine!
