Server ping timeout, shutting down connection

Hi,

Using Raspberry Pi 3, we are running the ERP program on Windows server virtual machine via virtual here.

In the last few weeks, we're having trouble with the virtual here program. The connection between the server and the raspberry pi breaks for a few seconds.

The following in the event log appears on the server;
1.) Server ping timeout, shutting down connection 8
2.) Connection 8 socket closed (rx)
3.) Connection 8 remotely disconnected gracefully (rx)
4.) Could not connect to onem-2.local.:7575 (Our Raspberry).

A few seconds later, virtual here again sees raspberry.

We updated Raspberry. We changed the Ethernet cable. Virtual Here
Client version is current.

We couldn't detect the problem. Where do you think the problem is?

Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

When it says that it usually means the client side dropped the connection. Are you running a VPN between the client->server or is it direct?

We use directly.

We are using 2 dongle. We do not experience this problem in the virtual server program located in other server. Both work on the same raspberryi pi.

Should I uninstall and reinstall Virtual here?

No its not a virtualhere issue, its your network issue. Im not sure exactly how youve set things up but basically the network between the vm and the pi is going down. Maybe its a bug in your hypervisor? Double check if there is an update for the hypervisor
