Invalid configuration descriptor - Nintendo switch Pro controller

Hi there.

I've purchased an android licence for use on my nvidia shield and it works perfectly for my xbox one wired controllers which was why I purchased it, but I wanted to get it working with my Nintendo switch Pro controller too.

The controller works fine on Windows (as a dinput) but gives the invalid configuration descriptor error when attached via virtual here. The shield sees it as a pro controller so looks like something on the virtualhere end. Virtualhere is seeing it and says it's in use.

The aim was to use a dinput to xinput remapper on the windows machine once connected.

Is there anything I/you can do to fix this? Thanks!

Yeah i noticed that too, i dont think there is a fix.

I think its something to do with firmware it needs on first connection or something.

No worries. I actually saw a post from another user on here who whilst not using a switch controller had ended up using a mayflash adapter. I already own one and that worked flawlessly on xinput mode with the controller connected wired and Bluetooth so has saved me paying for a dinput to xinput mapper too!
