checking what event handlers have been created for devices on android TV products?

I'm having issues with my xbox controllers on my nvidia shields and also my Sony Android TV. At the moment the wired controller shows up in virtualhere and can be passed through, it then shows in the device manager as the right peripheral but won't show up in the controllers part; it used to do this but hasn't recently. I've probably been a dumb user and played around with the event handlers for some reason but I can't find out which ones are assigned to a device as I understand they are stored on the server.

What's the best way to access the server config file on an Android TV device so I can remove all the handlers?

Thanks,

Chris

There is no way to access the server settings file on android. I would recommend just deleing the app and all its data then installing it fresh from the playstore

That's cool, I'll delete the apps and see if that fixes my issues. Sony have released a new update for their Android TVs so I'm hoping they fixed the passthrough issues that plagued the Windows 10 adapter for the newer Xbox controllers.

Ok let me know if its ok after you do that. Google has tightened up android security on each release. So its no longer possible to access any files from an app unless its the app itself or you have root.

I did the Sony TV as that wasn't licensed (I use my Steam Link version to get passthrough working) and it has reset it fine so seemed to do the trick.. will try a shield later once I've written down the license key!
