My wireless Microsoft all-in-one keyboard drops connection if it stays idle for 10 seconds and I must re-enable it again and keep in mind to not leave the keyboard or the mouse idle more than ten seconds.
I just bought VirtualHere and I think this is a major issue.

OK i think the usb dongle its going to sleep. VirtualHere doesnt support remote USB sleep but you can turn that feature off in windows and that should resolve the issue.
Try this: https://superuser.com/a/1351256 (that answer and also the one below, search for the wireless dongle and uncheck allow windows to turn off device to save power)
